Represent owners and property managers (both commercial and residential) concerning disputes with tenants over unpaid rent, lease non-compliances, and various other issues. Cases may be settled without litigation or require the filing of a lawsuit for eviction and/or money damages.
Preparation of Leases
Represent owners and property managers (both commercial and residential) in preparing new leases and reviewing existing leases to provide landlord protection.
Transactional Services
Represent sellers and buyers (both commercial and residential) of real property including review of contracts of sale, review of title work, and preparation of all documents necessary for closing.
